Program Description
Engage Communications ("Engage," "we," "us") operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers regarding sales inquiries, service requests, account updates, appointment confirmations, billing matters, and general customer care. Messages are sent on behalf of Engage Communications and the security alarm service providers we support.
How to Opt In
You may enroll in our SMS program in either of the following ways:
Mobile-originated (customer-initiated): Text any message to 305-320-0200. By sending a text message to this number, you are initiating contact with Engage Communications and consenting to receive SMS replies and follow-up messages related to your inquiry.
Agent-initiated: An Engage Communications representative may initiate an SMS conversation with you in connection with an existing or pending service relationship. The first message you receive will identify Engage Communications and include opt-out instructions. Continued engagement constitutes your consent to receive further messages.
By opting in to either path above, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Engage Communications. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the nature of your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

Message frequency varies. You may receive one or more messages per interaction depending on the nature of your inquiry or service event. There is no fixed recurring message schedule.
How to Opt Out (STOP)
To stop receiving SMS messages from Engage Communications at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number. You may re-enroll at any time by texting any message to 305-320-0200.
